Welcome to Tailor-Made Horse Products! We're excited to offer our products to you and we want to make sure that your shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days from the date of your order.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays, so please allow extra time during and after public holidays.
Once your parcel leaves our workshop, delivery times may be affected by courier delays or unexpected events outside our control. We always dispatch promptly and with care.
2. Shipping Rates
- Standard delivery: £3.95
- Free standard delivery: Orders over £85
All shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.
3. Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted UK couriers to deliver your order safely:
- Royal Mail
- Evri
- Yodel
- DPD
4. Order Tracking
All orders are fully tracked.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time
6. Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please follow the steps outlined in our Returns Policy so we can resolve the issue quickly and make things right.
